THE CONCEPT

Nonviolent Communication (NVC), founded by Marshall Rosenberg; is a lifestyle; a process of communication that promotes, among other things, mutual listening; so as to prevent conflicts or resolve them in a peaceful manner within the complexity of daily life.

To approach NVC, we propose four training formulas :

1. Three fundamental modules of NVC
2. Training for managers: NonViolent Communication and emotional intelligence.
3. A more daring, playful, and theatrical training: compassionate communication and clowning
4. Gratitude, thankfulness, and positive thoughts

THE TOOLS OF THEATRE MODERNE :

A playful and interactive pedagogical method: role-swap, exercises, evaluation, and theory.
A personalised approach: Taking into consideration all party’s objectives and professional difficulties.
Utilisation of acting techniques.
Certified, reliable, and effective Trainers with an excellent sense of humour.
We offer you a tailor-made training that takes into account the particularities of each participant.

How can we establish a dialogue with our employees with mutual listening and respect?

How can we serenely express a request to our employees?

How can we generate interest and commitment in a dialogue?

Emotional Intelligence, within NonViolent Communication’s process, permits the development of another part of the brain that favours the heart’s learning process by means of adapted emotions and actions.

Emotions are not left at the business’ doors, if the manager does not open the door for dialogue, it may quickly become an unmanageable situation. The challenge is knowing how to open up to one’s team’s emotions in a search for equity and balance. And change paradigm by focusing on: “power with” instead of “power over” Co-responsibility instead of denial of responsibility.

Benevolent Communication is meant to be adapted to professional situations and to business management. Role-playing will address the participant’s daily routines in order to find concrete solutions or identify the path that will reach the desired destination.

This training workshop will allow you to expand your own range of communication tools to optimise relationships with others. It allows you to refine bodily awareness, gestures, and emotional expressions in a unique way.
